But if you have the latter, then you just have to paint the floors in a neutral color and apply the faux marble and granite with a good hand-tint. The trick is to mix up your colors, not just one single color.
I’m not in the business of recommending the floor colors that are right for this trick, but do yourself a favor and find one of those faux marble and granite products. I’m assuming the floor color you choose isn’t a neutral color.

But the best way to get the fake color is to mix up a color that is darker than you’d expect and apply it in a similar way. Mix up the paint colors to have the best effect. Then you can paint the floors in a neutral color.
