You can make a beautiful, timeless piece with a few simple projects. I find it helpful to take a look at the various styles and find the projects that match your tastes and your decor. I also like to put things in perspective to see if they are worth the effort and time. I start with the basics and then I add on to them until I reach my goals.
I love using the same tools and materials as the other artists I admire. I also like using my own materials as well. I think this is one of those things I can try in a new house so I can just make a mess.
