If you think of your own behavior, you are going to want to be reminded of the signs you have. These are the signs you recognize, understand, and accept. You’re going to want to be reminded of these signs so you can get more out of your environment.
In our study of how people react to the cues they receive, we found that the most consistent predictor for an individual’s behavior was a prior cue. Of course, the individual does not have to be told to do something. The cues that we’re looking for are those which can be easily identified and understood.
Some people like to see what their friends are doing. Others like to see what their friends are doing. The fact is that they are the most likely to try to see what they are doing and that they can actually do something to get their attention. This means that they can think about themselves and their situation and be able to see what they are going to be doing.
If I were to put together a list of all the things that people do every day, it would look like some sort of graph. If I were to label these as “tasks”, some of the tasks might seem like they’re a little more routine than others. As a rule, though, the routine tasks are the ones you do every day, while the more regular tasks are those you do once in a while.
The more frequently you do a task, the stronger the habit it becomes. I’ve found that for me, I do about a dozen things a day, some of them very routine, and some of them more-regular, which makes them all more habit-forming. Also, as you get older, you tend to do more routine tasks than less-regular tasks. Just another reason why you should get a dog: they actually do things quite often for you.
My son, Josh, is now 17. He is the youngest of five children and he’s just starting to really get into the habit of getting things done. He’s an avid reader and a good speller. He also has a serious problem with taking his shoes off when he walks into the house.
Another sign of it being a good habit is that he has just started an online video series called “Mystery Science Theater 3000: Secrets of the Universe”. He has a series of videos on YouTube that shows the different science theories that are used in the show. Its pretty neat.
