There are several ways to solve this puzzle. Some of them are pretty obvious, some are kinda obscure. The obvious ones usually involve using a small, light board to keep the picture in place. If you have a small board and you are using it to keep a picture in place, then you can always go back and put a picture back on top. There are many puzzle-solving options in the game as well.
