This is the most common thing for me to have to fix in my home. It is a simple fix, but I am sure it is easy to see on the picture above. The wood guard rail has been built over a fence in my backyard and has been there for about a year. I think this may be an easy fix because everything is new and the guard rail is in good shape.

For those of you who like to paint, then you’ll appreciate this: The first-time artist who paints in a style that he/she loves to paint in will usually receive a “blessing” from the artist who painted the first time. So if you love color, then paint your new construction home a nice color. It will be easier to keep the “blessing” than just painting it black.
It’s a nice thing to say, but it’s not really true. It’s a lot of work to paint a home when you don’t have a lot of time. I’ve painted a lot of houses, and a lot of houses have had their backs painted. And a lot of houses have had their front painted. I’ve even painted the exterior of my own house.
