light oak hardwood floors

The light oak hardwood floors in this house have been in place for more than 20 years. In that time, they have endured countless spills, floods, accidents, and other mishaps. Not to mention that the floors have been cleaned and buffed countless times by the owners.

One of the most common reasons for hardwood floors to fail is the buildup of dirt and grime over time. Dust mites and mold are two of the most common causes of this buildup. However, if the dust mites and mold are getting in, then it is also possible that the wood itself is causing the buildup.

So before we can install new hardwood floors, we’re going to have to remove the dirt and grime. This is called the “surface cleaning.” Then we’re going to have to apply a product like TLC Floors that will clean out the pores in the grain. The next step is to paint the new floor and this is the most challenging part of the project.

There are two things that you need to do to paint the new floor: 1) You need to apply the two coats of paint (that we discussed in Part I), and 2) you need to stain the old floor. The first coat can be done with a floor stain. The second coat can be done with a stain.

The second step is to stain the floor. You can purchase a stain from a floor stain company or you can use a stain that comes with the floor. The reason for this is that you can stain any material that you have on hand. You can stain with your fingers or with a brush. You can use a special stain that you roll up into a ball and dip in water.

For the sake of this story, the next two sections of this theme have you already been in a dark room with a computer, a keyboard, and a computer mouse. Then there’s the first part of the story.

For starters, hardwood floors have a higher shine than tile. Additionally, a hardwood floor will hold up to any type of stain that you might be using on it. If you have a stain that is hard to clean, you can use a stain remover. Or you can use a stain remover and stain to your advantage. I’m using the last option in this story.
